Privacy Policy

MAVECO respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected on this site, why, and what your rights are — in accordance with Law 25 applicable in Quebec.

The principle: we store nothing on this site

This is a static site. It has no database, no user accounts and no storage of personal information. No information about you is kept on our web servers.

Information you give us voluntarily

Contact form

The fields you fill in (first name, last name, phone, email address and message) are sent directly to our inbox through the Web3Forms delivery service. They are used solely to answer your request. They are neither resold nor used for advertising.

Chat and calls

The chat widget is provided by 3CX. If you start a conversation, its content is routed to our 3CX phone system so a team member can reply. The widget only connects when you use it.

Booking

The "Book a meeting" button takes you to Calendly, an external service. Information you enter there is governed by Calendly’s privacy policy.

Audience measurement

With your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation. No measurement cookie is placed before you agree. You may decline, or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Manage my preferences" link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

Under Law 25, you have the right:

to access the personal information we hold about you
to request its correction if it is inaccurate
to request its deletion
to withdraw your consent at any time
to file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec
